Ingredients
- 3/4 pound (cooked) chicken breast, cubed
- 2 cup strawberries, quartered
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 cup tender watercress leaves
- 1/8 teaspoon salt and pepper
Preparation
Baking Directions:
Whisk together olive oil and vinegar in medium bowl.
Add cooked chicken breast, strawberries, watercress leaves, salt and pepper.
Toss gently.
