Ingredients
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 33/100 cup hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon chipotle pepper
- 1/2 tablespoon lemon
- 2 pound salmon fillet
- 2 pound spinach
Preparation
Baking Directions:
Preheat broiler.
In a medium bowl, stir together cilantro, hoisin, ginger, sugar and pepper.
Sprinkle lemon over salmon, then brush both sides of salmon with glaze mixture.
Broil until opaque in center, approximately 6 minutes per side.
Place salmon on platter of spinach leaves.
