Ingredients
- 4 1/2 cup frozen corn, thawed
- 12 ounce cream cheese
- 3 tablespoon sour cream
- 3/4 cup cheddar, plus 3/4 cups for sprinkling
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoon flour
Preparation
Baking Directions:
1.Preheat the oven to 350° F.
2.In a food processor or blender, puree 2 cups of corn.
3.In a large bowl, stir all ingredients, except 3/4 cup of cheese, together until evenly mixed.
4.Spread mixture in an 8” x 8” baking dish.
Sprinkle reserved cheese evenly on top.
Bake in preheated oven 20 minutes.
