The Alberti twins call this citrusy sparkling cocktail the Albertini.
Ingredients
- 1 ounce (30 milliliters) limoncello (lemon-flavored liqueur)
- 1 ounce (30 milliliters) vodka
- 2 ounces (60 milliliters) sparkling wine, preferably Prosecco
- Ice
- Sugar, for garnish
- Lemon twist, for garnish
Preparation
Shake all ingredients with ice and pour into a martini glass with a sugar-coated rim. Garnish with a lemon twist.
