Spaghetti with Spicy Shrimp, Garlic, Baby Tomatoes and Bread Crumbs

Ingredients

  • 1 pound spaghetti
  • 4 ounce extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • 2 sprig rosemary
  • 8 ounce shrimp
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper
  • 1/2 pint tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoon bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoon Salt and pepper

Preparation

Baking Directions:

Mix the shrimp with the chopped parsley, rosemary, garlic, crushed red pepper, olive oil, salt and pepper.

Cook the pasta in 1 gallon of boiling salted water until it is 3/4 the way cooked.

  In a large sauté pan, have the shrimp marinated and laid on the bottom of the pan.

  Add a touch of the pasta liquid, and toss the spaghetti in the mixture.

  Cook the pasta in the liquid until it is al dente, over a medium high heat.

  Add the baby tomatoes, breadcrumbs and check the seasoning.

  Add salt and pepper in necessary.

 

Tips:

This is a fabulous dish, but note that it has NO CHEESE!
