- 2 teaspoon salt-free garlic and herb seasoning (i used mrs. dash)
Preparation
Baking Directions:
Preheat a grill to high heat.
Lightly mist each chicken breast with spray.
Rub the seasoning evenly over both sides of each chicken breast.
Lightly season with salt.
Grill for 3-5 minutes per side or until no longer pink inside.
Serve immediately or store in an airtight plastic container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
