Ingredients

  • 2 grapefruit
  • 2 orange
  • 5 tangerine
  • 5 Blood orange
  • 8 ounce yogurt
  • 4 ounce granola

Preparation

Baking Directions:

Supreme the citrus.

(Remove the skin, white pith and pits and, with a sharp knife, cut the central membrane out.

The result is “clean meat” of the fruit.)

In 4 tall see-through glasses, divide 2 ounces of yogurt into each glass/cup.

Divide up the assorted citrus sections into each glass/cup.

This is very colorful.

  Top with granola and serve.
