Ingredients
- 3 cup scungilli
- 1/2 cup red onions
- 4 cup Olive Oil
- 2 cup julienne parsley
- 1 cup garlic
- 1 cup Lemon juice
- 1 cup Salt and pepper
Preparation
Baking Directions:
Toss all ingredients in a large bowl add lemon juice according to the acidity level of your choice.
Marinate for 15 minutes before serving.
