Ingredients

  • 3 cup scungilli
  • 1/2 cup red onions
  • 4 cup Olive Oil
  • 2 cup julienne parsley
  • 1 cup garlic
  • 1 cup Lemon juice
  • 1 cup Salt and pepper

Preparation

Baking Directions:

Toss all ingredients in a large bowl add lemon juice according to the acidity level of your choice.

Marinate for 15 minutes before serving.
