Ingredients
- 2 pound potatoes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon rosemary needles
- 1/4 bunch thyme
- 1/4 cup salt
Preparation
Baking Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375F.
Toss everything together in a large bowl.
Dump the herbed potatoes on a baking sheet and spread them out in a single layer.
Pour any remaining oil on top.
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, until the potatoes are cooked through and crispy around the edges.
