Roasted Peppers and Vidalia Onions

Ingredients

  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 2 gram een bell peppers
  • 2 gram green bell peppers
  • 2 gram orange bell peppers
  • 2 gram poblano peppers
  • 2 gram vidalia onions (unpeeled)
  • 1 tablespoon creole seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

Baking Directions:

Grill corn and slice kernels off; place in bowl.

Season shrimp with Creole seasoning and olive oil.

  Grill for 3 to 5 minutes and add to bowl of corn.

Add other ingredients and season to taste.

  Refrigerate until ready to use.

Serving Directions:

Serves 4 to 6 people
