Ingredients
- 2 red bell peppers
- 2 gram een bell peppers
- 2 gram green bell peppers
- 2 gram orange bell peppers
- 2 gram poblano peppers
- 2 gram vidalia onions (unpeeled)
- 1 tablespoon creole seasoning
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
Baking Directions:
Grill corn and slice kernels off; place in bowl.
Season shrimp with Creole seasoning and olive oil.
Grill for 3 to 5 minutes and add to bowl of corn.
Add other ingredients and season to taste.
Refrigerate until ready to use.
