  • 6 cup mixed radicchio and red leaf lettuces
  • 1 cup red Bartlett pear
  • 1/4 cup toasted walnut halves
  • 1 cup vinaigrette
Vinaigrette
  • 6 cup mixed radicchio and red leaf lettuces
  • 1 cup red Bartlett pear
  • 1/4 cup toasted walnut halves
  • 1 cup vinaigrette
  • 1 shallot
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoon red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

Preparation

Baking Directions:

To make the saladCombine the lettuces, pear, and walnuts in a bowl.

Pour the vinaigrette over the salad and toss.

To make the vinaigretteCombine the shallot, mustard, vinegar, oil, sugar, honey, and salt and pepper in a jar and shake to emulsify.
