Ingredients
- 2 packages ramen noodles
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 cups frozen shrimp
- 3 teaspoons sesame oil
- 3 teaspoons soy sauce
Preparation
- In a wok, heat 3 teaspoons of sesame oil then add the chopped garlic.
- Add the frozen vegetables and cook until almost defrosted.
- Add the frozen shrimp and cook until defrosted.
- Add 3 teaspoons of soy sauce and mix with the shrimp and vegetables.
- Add the plain cooked ramen noodles to wok.
- Add 2 tablespoons sesame oil.
- Add 2 tablespoons soy sauce.
- Mix together and serve.
