Ingredients
- 1 cup whole milk ricotta
- 1 cup solid pack pumpkin
- 4 cup eggs
- 1/4 cup owdered sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cake flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 quart vegetable oil
- 1 quart Honey
Preparation
Baking Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the ricotta, pumpkin, eggs, powdered sugar, flours, baking powder, spices, and salt and mix until smooth.
Drop heaping tablespoons into hot (350°) oil and fry until golden brown.
Dust with powdered sugar and drizzle with honey to serve.
