Ingredients
For pulled chicken
- 3 ounce smoked, pulled chicken or chicken thigh or breast,
- 2 ounce strips left over bacon, heated or 2 pieces freshly cooked bacon
For mayo
- 3 ounce smoked, pulled chicken or chicken thigh or breast,
- 2 ounce strips left over bacon, heated or 2 pieces freshly cooked bacon
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoon cranberry sauce (preferrably not canned)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 1 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly picked thyme, chopped

Mix all mayo ingredients, spread on toasted waffle, top with chicken and bacon.
