Ingredients

For pulled chicken
  • 3 ounce smoked, pulled chicken or chicken thigh or breast,
  • 2 ounce strips left over bacon, heated or 2 pieces freshly cooked bacon
For mayo
  • 3 ounce smoked, pulled chicken or chicken thigh or breast,
  • 2 ounce strips left over bacon, heated or 2 pieces freshly cooked bacon
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoon cranberry sauce (preferrably not canned)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • 1 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly picked thyme, chopped

Preparation

Baking Directions:

Mix all mayo ingredients, spread on toasted waffle, top with chicken and bacon.
