A champagne topper gives this herbal vodka cocktail a festive holiday spin.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounces potato vodka, frozen
- 1/4 ounce herb liqueur, frozen
- 1/4 ounce elderflower liqueur
- 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce demerara sugar syrup
- 1 ounce Champagne
Preparation
Add all ingredients except Champagne to a cocktail shaker. Add large ice and shake vigorously, then add Champagne. Tumble roll back and forth one time to mix throughout. Taste for balance. Double strain into glass, garnish and serve.
