  • 12 ounce tre fungi (see recipe)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 ounce white wine
  • 3 ounce smoked mozzarella, sliced

  • 2 chicken breasts (4 to 5 oz each)
  • 12 ounce tre fungi (see recipe)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 ounce white wine
  • 3 ounce smoked mozzarella, sliced
  • 2 ounce butter
  • 1 ounce olive oil
  • 1/2 ounce porcini, dried (soak in 1/2 cup hot water; chopped fine)
  • 8 ounce portobello, sliced thin
  • 10 ounce common mushrooms (button mushrooms), sliced
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary, fresh and minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 2 teaspoon garlic
