Here I’ve upped the amounts so you can prepare a pitcher ahead of time. This way as guests arrive the drinks will be ready to serve immediately and you and yours can toast the season in style.
Ingredients
- 1 cup vodka
- 1 1/2 cups cranberry juice
- 1 bottle Prosecco, chilled
- Orange peels for garnish
Preparation
In a pitcher, combine the vodka and cranberry juice. Fill with ice. When ready to serve, add the bottle of chilled Prosecco.
Fill champagne flutes and add orange peel for garnish.
