Ingredients
- 4 (3 ounce) medallions raw big eye tuna
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 4 clove garlic, thinly sliced
- 1 ounce red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil, heated till hot
- 4 can ned tins (4 ounce) in size
Preparation
Baking Directions:
1.Place raw tuna in cans, layer with lemons.
Add garlic, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper.
Pour hot oil over tuna, set aside to cook for about 2 minutes and serve.
