Ingredients
- duck
- green onions
- 1 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 1/4 cup tortillas
- 2 cup cheese
Preparation
Baking Directions:
Shred the meat from the duck legs.
Toss with remaining ingredients, sprinkle grated jack or mozzarella cheese on a flour tortilla, spread 3 heaping tablespoons of duck mixture on top add more cheese, top with another tortilla and press to seal.
Pan fry until golden brown on both sides, cut like a pizza and garnish with Hoisin and sour cream.
Can and should be scaled down for home preparation.
