Transform the familiar flavors of s'mores into a delicious, peanut butter-filled pie with this delightfully indulgent recipe.
- 14 Oreo cookies
- 14 graham cracker squares
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 10 Reese's Peanut Butter Cups
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1¾ cups milk chocolate chips
- Mini marshmallows
- Large marshmallows
- Optional decoration: individual s'mores
Place cookies and crackers into a food processor and process until they turn to crumbs. Add butter and blend until well combined. Pour mixture into 9-inch round pie dish, pressing onto the bottom and up the sides evenly. Place Reese's Peanut Butter Cups on center of the crust. Set crust aside.
In a sauce pot, heat heavy cream until small bubbles form. Remove from heat, add chocolate chips and let sit for a couple minutes to soften chips. Mix until combined. Pour into pie crust and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set.
An hour before serving, top pie with mini and large marshmallows and broil in the oven for a couple minutes until marshmallows are toasted and lightly golden brown. Return pie to the refrigerator for one more hour to let the chocolate ganache filling set. Decorate with crushed s'mores before serving, if desired.
