6 large balls of not-fried ice cream Servings
Ingredients
- 2 pint vanilla ice cream
- 2 cup corn flakes
- 2 ounce nuts
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Preparation
Baking Directions:
Place wax paper on a cookie sheet.
Scoop 6 large scoops of vanilla ice cream and place to one side of the cookie sheet.
On the other half, combine crushed honey-nut cereal flakes and nuts.
Roll balls of ice cream in cereal and nuts and place in martini or cocktail glasses or other glass dessert dishes.
Drizzle desserts with honey, garnish with a pinch of cinnamon and serve.
