Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon shallot, diced
- 2 cup white mushrooms
- 2 cup Zest of a lemon
- 2 cup pancake mix
- 2 cup Bacon
Preparation
Baking Directions:
Saute shallot in butter.
Add 2 cups finely diced white mushrooms and saute until all water is evaporated and mushrooms are thick.
Add lemon zest.
Follow directions on package for making pancake batter and add in mushrooms and shallot mix.
Cook as directed.
Top with bacon for service.
