Ingredients

  • 12 pre-cooked italian style meatballs
  • 6 slice bacon cut in half
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 cup grape jelly

Preparation

Baking Directions:

Step 1:Wrap each meatball with a half strip of bacon and secure it with a toothpock Step 2: Combine the brown sugar and cayenne pepper and sprinkle over the bacon-wrapped meatballs.

Step 3: Smoke over indirect heat at 25 degrees for about 1 hour until bacon is done to your liking.

Step 4: While the moink balls are cooking, combine the BBQ sauce and grape jelly in a saucepan and heat until blended.

Step 5: Five minutes before removing from the smoker, baste them with the glaze.

Serve immediately.
