Ingredients
- 6 cup mixed lettuce greens
- 3 cup to 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Preparation
Baking Directions:
Place lettuce in a large bowl.
Put the remaining ingredients in a jar with a lid, shake.
Pour desired amount of vinaigrette over greens just before serving.
There will be leftover dressing.
