Ingredients
- 2 cup prepared hummus
- 1/2 teaspoon ground garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon ground onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon red wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
Preparation
Baking Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and drizzle the EVOO on top.
Serve with fresh crudité vegetables (carrots, celery, radishes, cauliflower, cucumbers).
