Ingredients

  • 2 pound sifted confectioner's sugar
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cup flaked/shredded coconut
  • 1 stick melted butter or margarine
  • 1 stick Semi-sweet chocolate chips (for chocolate coating)
  • 1 stick Paraffin wax (for chocolate coating)

Preparation

Baking Directions:

Mix all the ingredients together in no particular order.

To really mix it you have to mix using your hands.

Pat into a ball and refrigerate overnight.

Roll out bite-size balls or bars and refrigerate again until hardened and the dipping chocolate is ready.

Dip and let harden, then either pass out to friends and family or place in refrigerator for a treat later.
