Ingredients
- 6 veal porterhouse, approximately 20oz
- 1/2 cup worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoon tabasco
- 1 tablespoon thyme
- 1/4 cup parsley
- 1 tablespoon mustard oil
- 1 cup blt steak sauce / reduce by half
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon smoked liquid
Preparation
Baking Directions:
Combine all ingredients and marinate veal for 2 to 3 hours in the refrigerator.
Remove veal from marinade and pat dry.
Grill over medium heat, 7 minutes per side.
Cook to medium.
