Marinated Veal Porterhouse

Ingredients

  • 6 veal porterhouse, approximately 20oz
  • 1/2 cup worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoon tabasco
  • 1 tablespoon thyme
  • 1/4 cup parsley
  • 1 tablespoon mustard oil
  • 1 cup blt steak sauce / reduce by half
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon smoked liquid

Preparation

Baking Directions:

Combine all ingredients and marinate veal for 2 to 3 hours in the refrigerator.

Remove veal from marinade and pat dry.

Grill over medium heat, 7 minutes per side.

Cook to medium.
