Mango-Thai Basil Salsa

Ingredients

  • 2 pound mango
  • 1 pound red pepper
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 1/2 cup green onions
  • 8 cup Thai basil leaves

Preparation

Baking Directions:

Combine the mango chunks, red pepper dice, sugar, lime juice, green onions and Thai basil in a bowl and toss to combine thoroughly.

Allow to macerate for 1 hour before serving.

Serve along side short ribs.
