Ingredients
- 2 cup mango
- 2 cup watermelon
- 2 cup cantaloupe
- 1/2 cup peanut oil
- 1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 tablespoon black sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon chives
Preparation
Baking Directions:
Dice mangoes and cut melons using a melon ball knife, Set sesame seeds and chives aside.
Mix all other ingredients allow to sit for 15-30 minutes.
Toss the fruit in dressing.
Toss in chives and sesame seeds just before serving.
Serving Directions:
Serve cold.
