Ingredients
- 3 fresh mint springs
- 4 ounce melted lavender sorbet
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 2 1/2 ounce light rum
- 2 ounce club soda
Preparation
Baking Directions:
Mull mint and sorbet together in tall glass.
Add lime juice, light rum and club soda.
Shake in cocktail shaker, pour over ice, serve with sugar cane skewer.
