Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup onion
- 1 tablespoon garlic
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon ancho chile powder
- 2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoon molasses
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
Preparation
Baking Directions:
Sauté onion in vegetable oil over medium heat until translucent.
Add spices and cook for 2 minutes.
Add garlic and cook 1 minute.
Add remaining ingredients and bring BBQ sauce to a boil.
Strain out onions and cool.
