Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon ground allspice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon dried chill flakes
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon ground sage
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 cup scotch bonnet pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 3 cup green onions, finely chopped

Preparation

Baking Directions:

Peel and devein shrimp.

Marinate shrimp for 15 to 30 minutes.

Preheat grill to medium-high or 450 degrees F.

Tips:

The beauty of this particular recipe is that it takes no time at all for the shrimp to cook.

Your shrimp is done when it turns from gray to pink in color.

This should take a minute and a half to two minutes per side.
