Ingredients
- 2 large hothouse tomatoes, cubed
- 1 large english cucumber, cubed
- 1/2 medium red onion, cubed
- 1/2 cup olives, coarsely chopped
- 4 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon to 2 lemons, juiced
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
