Ingredients
- 8 ounce vodka
- 1 ounce jalapeno pepper
- 8 ounce ruby red grapefruit juice
- 1 ounce grapefruit, cut into small slices for garnish twists
Preparation
Baking Directions:
Slice jalapeno in quarter-inch slices and infuse vodka for 2 hours (or longer if you want it spicier/grassier).
Rim four martini glasses with a slice of grapefruit juice and dip in salt, if desired.
Working in two batches (two drinks each), pour vodka and grapefruit juice into a shaker over ice; shake until very, very cold, and strain into glasses.
Garnish with grapefruit twist.
