Ingredients
- 1 quart whole milk
- 1/2 pinch salt
Preparation
Baking Directions:
Heat milk in a small pot on medium high until it simmers.
Take care not to boil the milk or it will scorch.
Remove from the heat and whisk in the vinegar.
Add the salt to the mixture while stirring.
Let stand for five minutes.
Line a strainer with cheesecloth and strain the mixture through the cheesecloth into a container.
Please allow one and a half hours to drain completely, and then discard the liquid.
