Ingredients
- 2 texas style toast bread
- 4 eggs
- 2 tablespoon milk
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 tablespoon butter
Preparation
Baking Directions:
In a medium bowl, whisk 2 eggs, milk, cinnamon and salt.
Cut a heart shaped hole in the middle of each slice of bread.
Dip bread into egg mixture.
In a griddle over medium heat, melt butter.
Place bread in a griddle over medium heat and drop egg in center.
Cook covered for about 4 minutes to poach egg.
Dust with powdered sugar and serve with fresh fruit.
