Preparation
Baking Directions:
Cooking time: 25 minutesPreheat oven to 350°F.
Spray a 9-inch ovenproof skillet with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large bowl whisk together the eggs with the milk and baking mix.
Stir in the reserved gratin and ham.
Heat skillet over medium heat.
Pour the mixture into the skillet.
Stir gently until it begins to set up.
Place in oven and continue to cook until center is firm and top is golden, about 20 minutes.
