  • 2 1/2 ounce buttermilk
  • 2 ounce sour cream
  • 2 ounce crumbled gorgonzola cheese
  • 1/2 clove garlic, peeled and minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt and pepper
Salad Ingredients

  • 1/4 slice apple (in season), cored and thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoon gorgonzola dressing
