Ingredients
- 2 rack lamb
- 2 rack kosher salt
- 2 rack black pepper
Preparation
Baking Directions:
Prepare a charcoal grill with one layer of hot coals.
Lay the chops in one layer on a platter and sprinkle them generously on both sides with salt and pepper.
Place the chops on the grill and cook for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side until cooked but very rare.
Remove to a platter and cover with aluminum foil for about 15 minutes.
Serving Directions:
Serve warm.
