Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream
  • 2 cup baby spinach
  • 5 1/2 cup fresh herbs (such as basil, chervil, chives, and tarragon), coarsely chopped 2 scallions, green parts only, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon anchovy paste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Preparation

Baking Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a food processor.

Pulse until smooth and green in color.

Transfer to serving bowl and season to taste.
