- 1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream
- 2 cup baby spinach
- 5 1/2 cup fresh herbs (such as basil, chervil, chives, and tarragon), coarsely chopped 2 scallions, green parts only, chopped
- 1 tablespoon anchovy paste
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a food processor.
Pulse until smooth and green in color.
Transfer to serving bowl and season to taste.
