Ingredients

Smoothie
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup milk or coconut milk
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup chopped, frozen kale
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil
Toppings
  • Sprinkling ground chia
  • Sprinkling flax seed meal
  • 1 tablespoon muesli
  • 1 gala apple
Optional toppings
  • Sunflower seeds
  • Sliced strawberries
  • Dried cranberries
  • Blueberries
  • Oats

Preparation

  1. Place the milk, Greek yogurt, kale, bananas and coconut oil in a blender. Whiz until smooth.
  2. Pour into a bowl and sprinkle with your favorite toppings.
  3. Serve and enjoy.
