Ingredients
Salad
- 2 cups cooked farro or brown rice
- 1 diced large mango
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1 12-ounce bag broccoli slaw
Dressing
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon honey Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Preparation
Whisk together dressing ingredients. In a separate bowl, mix all salad ingredients. Toss with dressing and enjoy!
