Ingredients

  • 1 small seedless watermelon, rind removed, flesh cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 1/2 can taloupe, rind removed, flesh cut into 1-inch chucks
  • 1/2 can honeydew melon, rind moved, flesh cut into 1-inch chucks
  • 2 cup strawberries, washed, hulled and quartered
  • 2 bunch es green or red seedless grapes, stemmed and washed
  • 1 bunch banana, sliced
  • 1 bunch handful seasonal berries
  • 1 bunch small bunch fresh mint, stems removed, leaves thinly sliced

Preparation

Baking Directions:

After preparing the fruit, keep refrigerated until read to serve.

Combine all the fruit in a medium bowl and gently toss with some of the mint.

Spoon the fruit into serving bowls and top with yogurt and remaining mint.
