Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1 pound cheese curds
Preparation
Baking Directions:
1.In a medium bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Stir in the eggs and milk until smooth.
2.Heat at least 3 inches of vegetable oil in a large, heavy skillet to 375 degrees.
Dip the cheese curds into the batter.
In batches, fry the curds until golden brown, about 1 minute per batch.
Drain on paper towels.
