Fresh and crispy slaw

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coleslaw dressing
  • 2 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • 1 tablespoon (14-ounce) package coleslaw mix
  • 1 tablespoon yellow pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 tablespoon (0.75-ounce) bunch tarragon, leaves removed from stems

Preparation

Baking Directions:

In a small bowl, combine coleslaw dressing, mustard, lemon zest and juice, honey, poppy seeds, and salt and pepper to taste.

Mix together and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, yellow pepper, and tarragon.

Pour over the dressing and toss to coat.
