Ingredients
- 1/2 cup coleslaw dressing
- 2 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoon poppy seeds
- 1 tablespoon (14-ounce) package coleslaw mix
- 1 tablespoon yellow pepper, thinly sliced
- 1/2 tablespoon (0.75-ounce) bunch tarragon, leaves removed from stems
Preparation
Baking Directions:
1.In a small bowl, combine coleslaw dressing, mustard, lemon zest and juice, honey, poppy seeds, and salt and pepper to taste.
Mix together and set aside.
2.In a large bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, yellow pepper, and tarragon.
Pour over the dressing and toss to coat.
