Fresco’s ice cream affogato float

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream per float glass
  • 2 tablespoon chocolate syrup
  • 1/4 cup hot espresso coffee
  • 1/4 cup natural cream soda
  • 6 cup dollops whipped cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon for garnish
  • 6 teaspoon float glasses

Preparation

Baking Directions:

Add 2 scoops vanilla ice cream into each of 6 float glasses.

Combine cream soda and chocolate syrup with the hot espresso and pour over each serving.

Top with a dollop of whipped cream and garnish with white chocolate curls and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Stir with a tall spoon and enjoy.

Tips:

Note: If desired, add 1 tablespoon amaretto liqueur or cognac to the cream soda, chocolate syrup, and espresso mixture and pour over each serving.
