It takes about 30 seconds to make this fun and festive drink.
Ingredients
- Ice
- 1 ounce vodka
- 1/2 ounce elderflower liqueur, like St. Germain
- 1½ ounces sweet sparkling red wine, like Lambrusco
- 1 splash tonic water
- Mint or basil, for garnish
Preparation
In a shaker filled with ice, shake the vodka and elderflower liquor together. Strain into a martini glass. Pour in the sweet sparkling red wine (it looks really pretty going in!). Add a splash of tonic water and top with a green garnish like mint or basil. Enjoy!
