Ingredients

  • 2 pound stone crab claws
    Sauce
    • 2 pound stone crab claws
    • 3 tablespoon dijon mustard
    • 33/100 cup lime juice
    • 1/4 cup orange juice
    • 1 teaspoon horseradish
    • 1/4 cup heavy cream
    • 1/4 cup tabasco sauce
    Garnish
    • 2 pound stone crab claws

    • 1 bunch scallions
    • 1 bunch cilantro
    • 1 bunch chives
    • 1 bunch yellow tomato

    Preparation

    Baking Directions:

    In a large mixing bowl, mix all ingredients except crab meat.

    Add stone crab meat and remaining garnish.

    Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
