Ingredients

- 1/2 clove medium jalapeño chile,
- 1/2 clove Salt and pepper
- 4 clove medium bell peppers, seeded and cut into 1/4-inch strips
- 33/100 cup minced fresh cilantro
Preparation
Baking Directions:
Whisk lime juice, zest, oil, garlic, jalapeño, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon pepper together in large bowl.
Add peppers and cilantro and toss well to combine.
Adjust seasonings with salt and pepper.
Serve.
