Do-It-Yourself Bloody Mary

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup chilled vodka
  • 12 cup tomatoes
  • 12 cup skewers
  • 1 cup coarse sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon celery salt

Preparation

Baking Directions:

Keep vodka in freezer until ready to use.

Place iced vodka in a bowl.

Set bowl in a larger bowl filled with crushed ice to keep chilled.

Skewer tomatoes and place in a second bowl.

Mix salt and celery salt and place in a third bowl.

Have guests make their own bloody Mary: Take skewered tomato and soak in iced vodka for 30 - 45 seconds.

Dab vodka soaked tomatoes in salt and enjoy.

You can also garnish the presentation with small celery sticks.
